Аннотация:The motion of a rigid body around a fixed point in a homogeneous gravity field is considered. The body mass geometry is such that it can make a regular precession around the axis inclined to the vertical (the Grioli precession). The problem of orbital stability of this precession is solved in the critical fourth-order resonance case, when the Hamilton function expansion needs to take into account the terms above the fourth degree with respect to perturbations (up to sixth degree inclusive).
