Аннотация:Classical gravitational bremsstrahlung (with impact parameter b) in particle collisions is studied in curved background, in particular, in the ADD model with d extra dimensions. The main goal in such consideration is transplanckian energies. The radiation efficiency ϵ is computed in terms of the Schwarzschild radius, the impact parameter b and the Lorentz factor. The cubic graviton vertex is consistently taken into account and the approximation
is reliable for large impact parameters. It follows that gravitational bremsstrahlung leads to extreme damping in transplanckian collisions and radiation reaction should be included in the analysis of black hole production.
