Аннотация:The testing results of the preparation Rhoder in comparison with several other bioremediation variants during the field trials in Komi Republic within 2002-2004 were presented. All bioremediation trials were performed on one vast polar marshy wetland polluted by accidental crude oil spill and uncovered by grass. After threefold applications of Rhoder at the site, the level of oil contamination decreased by 20-51%, depending on initial oil pollution. After second Rhoder treatment, the seeds of Avena sativa and Timothy-grass were sowed. In the middle of September 2002, the Rhoder treated site was covered by 70-75% with green grass, that was much better than other variants, except one, where the amount of sowing seeds was 10-fold higher. During 2003 and 2004, (Rhoder treatment was not practiced), the site was already covered by 85 and 95% with green grass at the end of August 2003 and 2004, respectively, and the level of oil contamination additional decreased by 29-35%. This result (with application of Rhoder) is one of the best among comparing bioremediation variants applied at this oil spill.
