Аннотация:The area of applicability of the sublattice model previously suggested for describing the thermodynamic properties of solid solution of oxygen in the Y1Ba2Cu3O6 compound was essentially extended. Apart from the Gibbs energy of formation of tetragonal and orthorhombic (ortho-I) structures in this solution, the modified model equation makes it possible to take into account the superstructural ordering of oxygen associated with the formation of the ortho-II phase. The conditions of thermodynamic stability of this phase were calculated and the phase diagram of the Y123 solid solution was constructed at T < 410 K. The thermodynamic stability and the possibility of dissociation of the Y123 due to chemical reactions were also discussed.
