Аннотация:The developed strategy is based on combination in molecules of the fragments with complementary physiological activity. It was found effective as applied to design of new synthetic auxin and antigibberellin (retardant) biomimetics. Thus chosen synthetic auxin biomimetics - O-benzyl-containing salts of tertiary ammonium combining auxin and antigibberellin growth-controlling activity C6H5CH2R confirm efficiency of the suggested approach. It was further used for synthesis of antigibberellin biomimetics of peptide nature based on histidine, valine and phenylalanine. Biotesting of their retardant activity confirmed the basic chemical design principle stating that physiologic activity of the molecule is a result of its fragments-effectors interaction with receptors of those systems which form the given property. The other strategy-forming assumptions are formulated and illustrated on examples.
