Аннотация:Immunoglobulins IgM are a suitable marker for atomic-force microscopy (AFM) investigation due to their distinct structure organization and large size (950 kDa). Developed method of immunocomplex detection allowed determining specific interaction between human IgM and immobilized ligand by AFM. The human IgM were directed to high expressing on mammalian cells epitope. These immunoglobulins have a negative effect during xenotransplantation procedure. The quantitative AFM analysis of forming complex with IgM was established. Obtained results are in accordance with results of enzyme-linked immunoassay. AFM method of immunocomplex detection permit defines the presence of specific antibodies/antigens in serum.
