Аннотация:We present the results of an experimental investigation of the resistivity rho, thermopower S, extraordinary Hall effect coefficient R and magnetization J of amorphous ferromagnetic alloys Fe79.8Co0.1Cr0.1Si5B15 and Fe74Co3Cr3Si5B15. These phenomena were measured on the same ribbon samples at T = 300-1000 K. Crystallization and magnetic phase transitions were observed to have an influence on transport phenomena. It was found that, for the amorphous state, rho=175-200 mu Omega cm, d rho/dT > 0 and d R/dT < 0. Thus the Mooij correlation is invalid in this case and the side-jump mechanism is not responsible for the observed dependence of R on temperature. There is no evidence for a minimum in the temperature dependence of S for Fe0.79Co0.1Cr5Si15 in the amorphous state, although it exists in the crystalline state. For analysis of the experimental data we used the theory of resistivity, thermopower and the extraordinary Hall effect in amorphous ferromagnets taking into account the significant role of d-electron transport.
