Аннотация:Experimental data obtained previously by studying the differential cross sections for the reaction Be-9(d, p gamma)Be-10 at E-d = 12.5 MeV and the spin-tensor elements of the relevant density matrix are analyzed by the coupled-channel method under the assumption of neutron stripping. It is shown that the spin-tenser elements of the density matrix represent a sensitive tool for studying the reaction mechanism and the structural features of participant nuclei. It is indicated that the simplest multistep processes contribute significantly to the reaction under investigation.
