Аннотация:Differential capacitance curves were obtained at the mercury electrode in solutions of LiCl, LiBr, and LiI in water and propanol also containing LiClO4. The adsorbabilities of the halide ions were shown to be lower in water than in the alcohol. The solvation factor is decisive in halide ion adsorption. The empirical "square-root" isotherm was used for a quantitative description of Br- ion adsorption.
