Аннотация:Dynamic Monte Carlo method was used to model the transport of individual polymer chains point Brownian particles through a membrane modeled by a potential barrier (or a potential well). A number of curves were constructed describing the dependence of barrier penetrability on the length of the polymer chain for several barrier heights. It was found that blob the size, i.e., the average number continuous of monomer units in a sequence, which simultaneously interact with the potential of the barrier as the molecule penetrates it, presents a scaling factor. One can use this factor to transform the experimental dependences to give a single universal curve.
