Аннотация:The ammonolysis of aluminum hexammine borohydride and aluminum hydride with supercritical ammonia (pressure about 1 kbar, temperature 210 - 500 oC)was carried out. Ammonolysis of aluminum hydride yields aluminum nitride as the main phase, its partial crystallization is observed even at 210 o C. In the case of the ammonolysis of aluminum hexammine borohydride, amorphous boron nitride and possibly aluminum amino-imide derivatives are formed; their composition depends on the ammonolysis temperature. Heating the ammonolysis products to 1000
o C under a usual pressure and in a vacuum results in crystallization of pure boron and aluminum nitrides.
