Аннотация:The process of transition of the ideal Gaussian polymer chain through the barrier in the form of model potentials being a barrier for units of one part of the chain and a potential well for units of another part is described in the framework of the Rouse model. The expression for permeability of such model membrane as a function of the amount of units in both subchains is derived. For the case of the size of the polymer coil being lesser than the thickness of a membrane the simultaneous presence of units of both types can simplify essentially the transition of the polymer macromolecule through a membrane comparing with the case of the chain consisting of the units of one type.
