Аннотация:The attractiveness of organizational culture(OC-attractiveness) is recently considered asa complex motivational phenomenon that hasa strong impact on various long-term crite-ria of organizational efciency (Moon et al.,2012). For understanding the mechanisms ofinuencing OC-attractiveness on efcient jointbehavior it is important to reconstruct rela-tionships between motivational attitudes ofemployees at three hierarchical levels of orga-nizational analysis: "worker", "working group"and "personnel" (Roe, 2002; Leonova, 2014).This approach was realized in our empiricalstudy on the staff of several business enter-prises (82 ss). The data were collected by thecomplex of well-standardized psychodiagnos-tic tests that allows represent the dominanttypes of: (1) individual motivational attitudes;(2) interpersonal motives in group interactions;(3) OC-attractiveness values. By procedures ofcascade factorization and regression analysisthe structure of integrative indexes and sig-nicant predictors of OC-attractiveness weredened. These results are important for elab-orating new psychological technologies forimproving management styles.
