Аннотация:Zr-based amorphous alloys possess unique complex of physico-chemical properties. However, all potentialities for using of such materials are not studied completely now. There are no intergranular boundaries and texture in amorphous alloys, in contrast to polycrystal materials. Therefore, their behavior differs in various corrosive environments. It is known, that the surface of metallic materials obtains not only brightness (at the anodic polishing), but, in some cases, the forming of cellular structure is observed . Influence of crystal structure of the material on the process of modification of the surface in ionic liquids was not investigated earlier. Therefore, in the present work the electrochemical modification of surface of amorphous and crystal Zr2Ni-based alloy and Zr foil in ionic liquid under electrotype static has been realized for the first time. Samples of amorphous Zr2Ni-based alloy were obtained as ribbons by the spinning method. Annealing at 6000C during 2 h was used for transformation of the amorphous samples in the crystal state. As a control sample Zr foil (0.2 mm) was used. The surface modification was fulfilled in [BMIM][NTf2] at I=3 mА, t= 300 s and I=2 mА, t=300 s. As a result, the surface of Zr –based amorphous alloy has cellular structure (cell size 80-100 nm) (figure 2). There is no such effect on the crystal alloy. On the surface of control sample etch pit 5 20 μm were formed. So, the crystal structure of the material have great influence on the forming of different kinds of nanosized objects on surface of materials. This fact is in accordance with. Therefore, materials in amorphous state are the most perspective for nanosized objects growth
