Аннотация:To study broad line region (BLR) size and kinematics spectral monitoring of NGC 3516, NGC 4151, NGC 5548 and NGC 7469 has been performed in 1986-1996 on time-scale of days-months-years. In 1986-1995 observations have been carried out using 6 m telescope and TV- scanner with S/N ratio 20 within 4000-5200 AA. About 500 spectra were obtained. In 1996 practically all the spectral observations were performed using CCD-camera of the 6-m telescope with 2D and 3D spectrographs within 4000-7000 Å and S/N ratio 50-100 (270 spectra). The Seyfert galaxies NGC 7469, 5548 and 3C390.3 were observed in the frame of the international program ”AGN Watch”: in optics, by about 40 observatories all over the world, and in UV, by IUE and HST. Our most important results obtained in the frame of ”AGN Watch” Program are: - the absence of significant radial motion inside the BLR in NGC 4151, 3C390.3 and, possibly, in NGC 5548 has been proved on the base of numerous high quality data; - BLR sizes are shown to be about two times smaller in comparision with the parameter assumed before; - stratification of BLR follows from the observations. The observations with 6-m telescope allowed to suspect the existence of nerrow satellites of H-lines during 1986-1987 ”low state” of NGC 4151; new data on NLR points to the existence of an intermediate-velocity component of OIII (about 2000 km/s). The nearest prospective of the AGN monitoring at Special Astrophysical Observatory are connected with perfecting of 2D and 3D spectroscopy, the possibility of carrying out a part of the work using the 1-m SAO telescope, integration into the cooperative work of a set of optic photometric observations at observatories on the territory of the former Soviet Union and of observations in radio spectral band using the 600-m radiotelescope. In the future cooperative observations at ground-based observatories and space-based observatories may be performed.
