Аннотация:The analysis of heat flow and other geological-geophysical data for the north-west part of Pacific Ocean indicated that Shatsky Rise was formed near spreading axis. Its genesis is in accordance with crystallization model of sea-floor origin as the separate structure. Calculations of kinematics allow to conclude about formation of Shatsky Rise in the area of triple junction of plates. Numerical modeling of Shatsky Rise genesis is carried out in frame of the thermal-chemical model. Modeling indicated that light lower-mantle material, which rose up above ground, may be real magmatic source of formation of Shatsky Rise structure.
