- Аннотация: Abstract. The study presents experimental data on the combined application of ozonized saline solution with a low concentration of ozone and chemotherapy drug doxorubicin on experimental model of Zajdel hepatoma. The pronounced anti-tumor efficacy of the ozone and doxorubicin was established, which doubled the effect of doxorubicin alone. The results obtained show the possibility to reduce doses of chemotherapy drugs when applied in combination with ozone therapy. Key words: ozone, doxorubicin, cancer. Conclusion In the course of the experiments, a clear positive effect of the combined application of ozonized physiological saline and doxorubicin was established, which made it possible to reduce the used dose of the drug in our chosen ozone therapy regimen.
