Аннотация:Nucleotide sequences of 18 and 28S rRNA genes of brachiopod species Coptothyris adamsi (Davidson, 1871) were integrated into alignment consisting of 18 and 28S rRNA gene sequences of representatives of main phyla of bilaterian animals and analysed using ML and Bayes methods. At molecular phylogenetic tree, brachiopods together with phoronids comprise a statistically good supported clade within Lophotrochozoa, placed inside Protostomia between mollusks and annelids. Thus, sperm similarity between articulate brachiopods brachiopods and echinoderms is rather homoplasy. Brachiopods split up into two good supported groups corresponding Articulata (= Rhynchonelliformea) and Inarticulata that, in turn, split up into Linguliformea and Craniiformea. Coptothyrus adamsi forms branch independent from genera Terebratalia and Laques within family Laqueidae (order Laqueoidea). Thus, within clade Rhynchonelliformea families and orders comprising this taxon are good distinguished. Brachiopods within clade Linguliformea also form lineages corresponding to genera, families and orders: Lingula and Glottidia (family Lingulidae, order Lingulidea), Discinisca (family Discinidae, order Discinidea). Two species, and cf pourtalesi, are good distinguished within clade Craniiformea which suggests validity of elimination of Neocrania anomala from the genera Novocrania. In general, these data demonstrate usefulness of sequences of 18 and 28S gene sequences for molecular systematics of brachiopods at the different taxonomic levels.
