Аннотация:The photon polarization operator in an external constant homogeneous chromomagnetic field is considered. The one-loop contributions of the scalar and spinor quarks to the antisymmetric part of the photon polarization operator is calculated in the lowest order of the expansion with respect to the weak external field. The generation of the induced topological mass of the photon is discussed. The leading logarithmic term in the symmetric part of the polarization operator is calculated in the domain of large Euclidean momenta of the photon. The respective radiative corrections to the cross section of deep-inelastic lepton-hadron scattering are estimated.
