The problems related to the production of hydrocarbons from bioethanol based on new zeolite-containing catalysts are considered. A flexible technology has been developed for converting bioethanol into motor fuel, olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons - important products for the petrochemical industry. The economic and environmental prospects of replacing fossil fuels with alternative fuels are analyzed. A scheme of a mechanism allowing precise control of the bioethanol conversion process is proposed. The possibility of hydrogenation of a liquid fraction of bioethanol containing aromatic hydrocarbons in order to obtain hydrocarbon fuels of various types has been studied. A sample of jet synthetic fuel has been obtained that meets the technical requirements for synthetic hydrocarbon aviation fuel for gas turbine engines. |
