The purpose was the neurophysiological analysis of afferent synthesis and decision making to form the individual program effective productive human activity in a model of the visual-motor test with the possibility of the subject of self-selection of test parameters. Was conducted the parameters of performance: speed of learning, results, riskiness, resistance to mismatching after errors, stability when choosing of the situational parameters (color palette) and the speed of flight of the target during visual-motor testing «Shooter». Were analyzed the heart rate and EEG characteristics of a person during the execution of the 6 test series. The findings suggest that self-selected of the conditions of testing determined by the individual's assessment of the results and experience of previous testing, and evaluation of dynamic changes of the result of performance in a series of attempts to current testing, leading to correction of the levels selectable speeds. Was showed that during first rate selection mainly occurred an increase in heart rate and decrease of HR variaton. During the subsequent (2-5) choosing found a linear decrease in the proportion with an increase HR and observed a significant increase in the index of centralization, calculated by the bands of the spectral function of the HR variability. There was an increase of the theta rhythm EEG activity in the frontal areas and the cerebral cortex coherence. Thus, the system analysis showed that the choice is determined by the central integrative processes related to mechanisms evaluation of feedback afferentations and individual effector capabilities.
