Аннотация:Water and diluted aqueous glycyltryptophan solutions are sensitive to long-term exposures to weak electromagnetic fields. This manifests itself as changes in spectral-luminescent features, which reflect structural changes of aqueous solutions. In addition to the processes induced by external fields, spontaneous long-range processes lasting for several days were revealed. During prolonged oscillatory and/or monotonous evolutionary processes, the system comes to a stable state, which can either coincide with the initial state or differ qualitatively from it. The response of aqueous solutions to the external field is shown to be greatly dependent on the state of water at the moment of switching the field. The duration and complexity of dynamics of transient processes enable one to consider water and aqueous solutions as non-equilibrium system capable of self-organization.
