Аннотация:A new power-and-resource-saving combined low-temperature chemical engineering process of phosphatizing of steel surfaces was developed. The process is distinguished by using a special low-temperature solution that allows one to combine the process of crystallization of insoluble phosphates and the process of adsorption of finely divided SiO2 particles on the steel surface being treated. This makes it possible to produce crystalline corrosion-resistant phosphate coatings with high protective properties in a low-power-intensive and low-metal-intensive process within a single apparatus.
