Аннотация:Problems of finding quantitative relationships between airborne data provided by scanning units of a high spatial resolution and biometric indices of particular forest vegetation classes are studied. Rather high correlations have been established among data compared in the specified deciduous-coniferous vegetation classes following the mutual matching of remote and terrestrial data on the specified transects, calibration of scanner data and sorting of highlighted image elements of those transects. Correlations for the pure coniferous forest were found to be lower than those for the coniferous forest admired with the deciduous species.
