Аннотация:Possible relations between the tensor that determines the magnitude of the surface polarization current on an interface between linear media with a weak nonlocality of the optical response and properties in the bulk of these media are revealed for quasi-equilibrium media, including media that do not satisfy the principle of symmetry of kinetic coefficients (understood rigorously, without possible generalization to magnetic media). The results of general analysis are applied to the interface between a vacuum and a medium with the m3, 23, (4) over bar 3m, 432, m3m, infinity infinity, or infinity infinity m symmetry. These results can be used to solve problems of nonlinear optics when the interpretation of the experimental data is based on a theory assuming that the pumping wave is constant.
