Аннотация:Abstract: Digital technologies in management of companies are becoming achallenge for the managers and employees, as the use of these technologiesrequires not only changes in management processes and in the organization ofmanagers’ work but as well demand special knowledge and skills. The authorshave looked into the uses of digital technologies and problems, which Russianmanagers face when dealing with them, and it is evident, that managementeducation should be adjusted to meet the needs of digitalization. At the sametime, digitalization provides new opportunities for the development ofmanagement education through the distant technologies that widen the access toMBA programs to those students who could not afford themselves in-classstudies.One of the spheres of management, strongly influenced by digitalization, isHuman Resource Management. The changes here start with the new digitalforms of job search and selection of applicants, include digital methods ofmonitoring and control of the workers, and finally lead to electronic HR recordsand predictive analytics. New challenges for management and employees wereformed by the pressure of involuntary transfer to the remoted jobs due toCOVID-19 pandemic.The research analyzes the issues related to the new tasks for management andnew forms and methods of education in digital economy. The study is based onthe results of the survey conducted in 2020 among the students and graduates ofMBA program of Economic Faculty of Moscow State Lomonosov University.Keywords: digital technologies, management education, MBA programs,Human Resource Management
