Аннотация:The differential capacity-potential relations for the mercury electrode in diluted aqueous KCl solutions at the temperatures from ambient to 300-degrees-C were obtained. The values of zero charge potential of mercury at different temperatures were derived as the potential of the capacitance minimum. It was found that the pzc values, not corrected for the thermodiffusion potential drop, shift towards more positive potentials with the rise in temperature. The integral capacity and the charge of the electrode were calculated. Temperature dependencies of these parameters and also of the capacity of the Helmholtz layer are discussed. The psi-potential values are calculated by Gouy-Chapman theory.
