Аннотация:Kurt Lewin for many generations of psychologists has been and remains the value guide, the conscience of psychological science. The analysis of Lewin's work is carried out through his dialogues with various scientifi schools. The starting of his work in psychology was his dialogue about the problems of the will with Narziß Kaspar Ach. The most important period of Kurt Lewin's research was devoted to the creation of the theory of intentional activity, the concept of “quasi-needs”, and the development of the ideas of fi theory and topological psychology. Dialogues of various researchers of the 20th and 21st centuries with Lewin as the creator of the experimental theory of personality, has identifi the lines of development not only of personality psychology, but also the methodology of psychology. The dialogue between Kurt Lewin and the school of cultural-historical psychology of Vygotsky, Luria, and Leontiev, mediated by Lewin's student Zeigarnik, became the most important for Russian psychology. The 30s of the twentieth century are the time of Lewin's dialogue with Tolman, the creator of the theory of purposeful behavior, the result of which can be described as the “gestaltization of behaviorism”. A number of areas of psychological science were set by the ideas of a fi theory and a topological psychology, which became the triumph of gestalt-holistic ideology. Kurt Lewin had a unique research style in possessing the art of integrating research methodology and technology. The closeness of his ideas of modernity turns Lewin's 130th birthday into a continuation of his life in modern psychological science.
