Аннотация:Elastomeric composites based on propylene oxide rubber with a high filling de-gree (more than 10 phr) of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene (UPTFE) were studied. It was shown that with an increase of the fluoropolymer component content, the values of the physical and me-chanical properties and frost resistance coefficient decrease. At the same time, the values of oil re-sistance and “surface” properties of materials, such as wear resistance and friction coefficient were improved up to 50%, 22% and 30% respectively. As shown by tribological testing of rubber con-taining 50 phr UPTFE, the elastomeric compo-sites operate stably under wear conditions in a wide range of loads and sliding speeds at -25 °С.
