Аннотация:Biomimetic crystallization of calcium phosphates from previously introduced revised simulated body fluid (R-SBF) was performed in a strictly controlled physiological (t = 37 degreesC, solution pH = 7.4) conditions using a constant-composition double-diffusion (CCDD) device. The precipitates were found to differ from those obtained from R-SBF under less controlled conditions.
