Аннотация:Ferromagnetism is found in the CdGeAs2 chalcopyrite doped by Mn. The Curie point of these materials achieves 355 K. This is the highest Curie point in A^IIB^IVC^V_2:Mn systems. These are heterogeneous magnets, they consist of a ferromagnetic and superparamagnetic phases. Portion of first phase increases wirh a level of doping. An origin of ferromagnetism in CdGeAs2:Mn is connected with the the existence of vacancies (Cd, Vc, Mn), or non-stoichiometric (Cd, Ge, Mn)GeAs2, as only in this case the ferromagnetic state is more advantageous than a spin-like stste on theoretical estimations.
