Аннотация:The magnetic and electric properties of the first Fe(1-x)Cr(2(1-x)Sn2xS4 (0.1<=x<=0.33) solid solution system with a spinel structure were studied. These compounds are p-type semiconductors. They have magnetic properties characteristic of the following types of magnetic order: ferrimagnetic (sample with x=0.1), reentrant spin glass (x=0.2) and spin glass (x=0.33). The sample with x=0.33 was demonstrated to have a spin glass - paramagnet phase transiyion. This is the first spin glass chalcospinel with magnetic ions in the octahedral and tetrahedral sublattices.
