Аннотация:Electron-atom ionization processes in the kinematics near the Bethe ridge at impact energies of 1 keV are considered. Regularized plane wave higher-order Born approximations are analyzed in the case of electron-hydrogen ionization. A practical recipe for the higher-order Born calculations is formulated.
