Аннотация:The problem of determining pipeline structure durability based on the resultsof calculation of its structural element service life at the design stage and theresidual service life of elements with defects established by diagnosticexplorations and taking into account the requirements of social andenvironmental safety is formulated and solved. There are proposed relationsfor the structure failure probability distribution function (the highesthierarchical level) through the failure probability distribution function of itssimilar structural elements (the lowest hierarchical level). The elementdurability is proposed to determine according to the theory of failure loadingprocesses and a stochastic model of scale-structural fatigue. Assuming that thefailure probability should not exceed its acceptable value (the criterion ofstructural reliability), the equations for finding of the service and the residuallife are written. The ratios for the determination of technogenic andanthropogenesis risks at structure destruction and criteria of durabilitydetermining, taking them into account, are given. These criteria are thetheoretical generalization of the known relations used in design practice onproject and operation stages of pipeline various sections. The proposedapproach is original, and the author is not aware of similar works of otherresearchers.
