Аннотация:The high-resolution CABARET method is extended to unstructured POLY meshes. The new implementation is first verified on the analytical problem of 2D isentropic vortex advection. Then the same method is applied for the benchmark problem of the flow over the 30P30N multi-element aerofoil at 5.5 o angle of attack. The results for the time-averaged surface pressure distribution and the wall surface pressure spectra are compared with the experiment. The Navier-Stokes solutions with the non-slip adiabatic wall conditions fail to capture the experimental data, a simple mixing length-type model based on the hybridization of the POLY CABARET with the Reynolds Navier Stokes solution leads to acceptable results.
