- Аннотация: The article analyzes the existing mechanisms of interaction between power supply and power distribution enterprises in the sphere of housing and public utility to provide uninterrupted power supply to apartment buildings. One of the approaches to improving existing and developing new innovative mechanisms of interaction of these enterprises is offered. A fundamentally new system of power supply of apartment buildings is substantiated. The presence of the influence of new innovative mechanisms on improving the quality of housing and public utility (on the example of indicators of the quality of electric power) is established.
