Аннотация:A quantitative study of the mineral composition of the Talnakh deposit ores and host rocks fromtwo wells was carried out using polished sections. The values of several physicomechanical, magnetic, andelectrical properties were determined. These data were used to calculate the contents of the main ore mineralsand useful components in the studied samples as a function of their petrophysical properties, as well as toreveal the near ore petrophysical anomalies in the ore horizons exocontacts. Application of this researchmethodology will allow an increase in the efficiency of prospecting and appraisal works for the Norilsk typesulfide mineralization.
