- Аннотация: The report proposes a new approach to integrating hybrid intelligence components in purpose to create a virtual semantic environment. The idea is mainly focused on providing monitoring of activity and selective interaction based on "Commonsense Knowledge." The basis for their applicability is the integration components of protocols through the "Blackboard System" for organizing multi-sided communication of eventual subjects with each other.
