Аннотация:The paper shows the features of the development of an automated stepper motor control workstation using the visualprogramming environment of the ZETLAB SCADA system, which reduces the development time by using ready-made hardwareand software modules.The control scheme of the stepper motor driver based on the digital modules ZET 7176, ZET 7160-s of the ZETSENSOR series,interacting on the basis of the CAN 2.0 interface, is considered.The absence of hardware inputs of the ZET 7160-s module responsible for working with end and emergency switches, whichcomplicate the implementation of algorithms for precise positioning of the control object, is noted.The software limitation of the firmware of the ZET 7160-s hardware module and the graphic component “ZET 7xxx_1configuration” of the visual programming environment of the ZETLAB SCADA system is shown, which does not providesequential input of the same motion parameters to the stepper motor control module.
