- Аннотация: Our aim is to demonstrate how to obtain the full system of stationarity conditions, including the nonnegativity of the density of measure (the state constraint multiplier) and the signs of the jumps of the measure at junction points, in form of Dubovitskii and Milyutin by differentiating the state constraint along the set of trajectory contact with the state boundary (method suggested by Gamkrelidze).
