Аннотация:Optical nanostructured biosensors weredeveloped employing surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The biosensors had broad specificity toward influenza A viral strains. Specificity was achieved due to DNA aptamers, specificrecognition oligonucleotides that bind influenza hemagglutinin with high affinity. The limit of detection was also was 10^4 viralparticles per probe or 10^-4 HAU per probe; this result is superior over other rapid diagnostics tests. The viral load can be estimated quantitatively in the range of 2∙10^5-2∙10^6 virus particles per mL using very simple sample preparation within 10 minutes.
