Аннотация:A study is performed of distortions of the photosensitivity contrast over an area of a solar cell associated with currents along n+ and p+ layers, along with the contact grids that cover them. Measurements are made with the partial illumination of solar cells in which n+ and p+ layers are partially or completely covered with contact grids. The distribution of the photo-emf over the area of a solar cell at a p–n junction is calculated.
