Аннотация:The X-band electron magnetic resonance spectra of synthetic goethite have been investigated in the range of the magnetic phase transition. In addition to relatively narrow weak resonance lines due to the structural defects, a very broad intense line, whose parameters change abruptly in the temperature range 325–375 K, has been revealed. The anomalously large broadening of the electron magnetic resonance signal of trivalent iron ions above the Néel temperature can be explained by the anisotropy of magnetic exchange interactions.
