Аннотация:
The structure of the interface between MA2-1 magnesium alloy and titanium, which is a risk zone for the entire welded composition structure, is investigated. The common and different characteristic features of the interface microstructure are determined for two compositions produced by explosion welding. It is shown that the welding under softer conditions provides higher quality of a welded joint. The operating properties of composites deteriorate with the formation of colloidal Mg–Ti systems. The models for the pore formation in magnesium under explosion loading are considered. © 2016, Pleiades Publishing, Ltd.
