Аннотация: The use of fTCD is considered as an alternative way for traditionally used invasive methods (eх., WADA-test) for identifying the dominant hemisphere for speech functions. The aim of conducted experiment is to compare the laterality of blood flow velocity changes during the performance verbal mnestic tasks in healthy subjects and patients with brain organic lesions.
The results of the experiment showed the same tendency of increased blood flow velocity both in healthy and patient groups, but the significatives of changes were different. The results can say about possible application the Doppler to identifying the dominant hemisphere in healthy subjects and this category of patients.
The study performs with the support of Russian Humanitarian Scientific Fund (project № 15-06-10636 “The research of functional specialization of brain hemispheres with the use of neuropsychological and ultrasonic methods in norm and pathology”).
