Аннотация:This article discusses the problem of analyzing Raman scattering spectra for carbon nanotubes and establishing the connection of the observed features with the distribution of structural defects. Using the obtained spectra of multi-walled carbon nanotubes as an example, a complex graphical representation of their spectral features is presented and the fundamental aspects of their interpretation are considered. The possibility of comparing the structure of various samples of this nanomaterial using Raman spectroscopy is shown.
