Аннотация:Surface modification of films of the laboratory R-BAPB polyimide based on1,3-bis(3,30,4,40-dicarboxyphenoxy)benzene (dianhydride R) and 4,40-bis(4-aminophenoxy)biphenyl (diamine BAPB) was performed using a dielectric barrierdischarge (DBD) with the aim of increasing proliferative activity of humanfibroblasts on these films. The optimal duration of the DBD plasma treatmentthat provided the highest fibroblast proliferative activity was established. Thesurface roughness value of the film treated for this optimal period of time wasequal to 47.5 ± 4.7 nm, and its surface free energy was 70 mJ/m2. It was demonstratedthat the DBD plasma treatment to an increase in the concentrationsof CO and CN bonds on the surface of R-BAPB polyimide films, whichenhanced proliferative activity of fibroblasts. The optimal DBD exposure timewas 3 minutes.
