Аннотация:The problem of forming a two-layer cylinder by attaching a cylindrical layer to a preliminarily deformed cylinder is solved under finite strains. The attachment is carried out in two stages in each of which the cylinder is first subjected to radial tension combined with axial compression. The model of the cylinder material is described. The transition between the stages of deformation is considered in detail. The formula for the stress tensor is derived. Numerical studies are carried out for a particular case.
