Аннотация:In order to develop the compositions based on a newgeneration of environmentally friendly fillers that can improvemechanical characteristics, rubber compounds based on a modelbutyl rubber, polymethylsilsesquioxane (PMSS), and an MQcopolymer are explored. The effect of the organosilicon fillers onthe rheological properties of the resulting rubber-basedsuspensions is evaluated. It is found that the introduction of 20wt % of PMSS into the rubber already leads to the viscosityanomaly, while the MQ copolymer does not produce such aneffect. The variation range of the moduli during a cross-linkingprocess is significantly higher for the compositions containing theMQ resin. At the same time, absolute magnitudes of the storageand loss moduli for the systems with PMSS are much higher. Oneof the reasons for this behavior may be stronger adsorption of therubber molecules on PMSS particles, which leads to theformation of a mixed network of the rubber with physical andchemical bonds.
