Аннотация:Polymer films are commonly used in different biotechnological applications. The effect of polymer film surface on its efficiency is of interest to study. In this article, porous polymer films (PHB and PHBHV) were obtained under different conditions using the honeycomb method—when water droplets concentrate on liquid polymer solution, while polymer dries thereby modifying the surface of polymer film into a regular structure. Pores on the surface of polymer films were characterized by mathematical processing—areas of pores, circularity, and aspect ratio were assessed. The data processing showed that by variation of the type of polymers and their concentration it is possible to influence the structure of the polymer film surface. This provides an opportunity to further study the effect of surface roughness in various applications.
